  Went in with a friend who doesn't really know cars and they tried to upsell him a k@n filter and he asked if they thought it was "five times better" than a traditional air filter and the employee justified that it indeed was "five times better" and will first off that's not even a real figure for anything... The important truth though is that this is going to be almost every experience at Auto parts stores and I have nothing wrong with O'Reilly's, they have some good and some bad but it's an important place in my life.

  The people here tonight were so helpful. It's embarrassing but this was my first time buying and replacing my cabin and engine air filters. They helped me through the process, discussed the pros/cons, and even loaned me a screwdriver so I could finish the installation. When I couldn't get the cover for the engine filter back on one of the guys came out and helped me. I really appreciate it!! This was amazing customer service. I'll definitely come here again when I need any new auto parts!
